For Administrators & Incharges: Full name, username, email address, phone number, role designation (Admin, Staff, Incharge), assigned branch location, approval status, and profile authentication details.
For Facility Records: Branch location details, floor numbers, room names, room numbers, and room category layout configurations.
For Register Users: Account credentials, phone numbers, assigned branch facilities, and login activity logs.
We collect comprehensive inspection transaction data to process room quality audits efficiently. This includes inspection image details such as uploaded room photos, view labels, inspection timestamps, and submitter IDs.
We also generate and process AI cleanliness metrics including cleanliness percentage scores (0-100%), dirty scores, cleanliness status (Clean/Dirty), dirty severity levels (Low/Medium/High), and automated inspection summaries.
Additionally, we process cleaned image submissions with approval workflow statuses (Pending, Approved, Rejected) and administrator review records.
To provide accurate facility tracking services, we collect location information including branch address details, city, district, state, geographic coordinates, and location mapping data.
We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, active session tokens, room inspection session UUIDs, cookies, and activity logs to enhance your platform experience and maintain enterprise-grade security.

We retain room inspection sessions, cleanliness scores, and image embeddings for historical facility hygiene analysis, dispute resolution, and operational quality reporting. Inspection data is retained for 7 years in alignment with facility management standards. Inactive staff accounts may be archived after 3 years of inactivity.
Our platform is an enterprise facility management tool intended exclusively for authorized staff and administrators (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
